Deceuninck spol. is a subsidiary operating under the Deceuninck Group. Deceuninck spol recently expanded into the Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets providing the design and development of PVC recycling for the manufacture of plastics used for windows, doors, fences, etc.

Deceuninck spol. brought on SOVA NET in 2007 to create websites for each of the three new counties within its distribution. SOVA NET launched an intranet to provide Deceuninck with an efficient and reliable method of communication with manufacturers, dealers, and architects. SOVA NET also created a promotional CD, enhanced with interactive simulations, to easily and accurately inform customers about products and services provided by Deceuninck.
